The day was marked by sharing, creativity and conviviality. Entitled The magic we share, the day took its name from the song of the same title by KIRA, which served as the true common thread of the event.
A day to come together, create and celebrate
Designed as a moment of cohesion and relaxation after an intense year, this day allowed employees to come together in a different setting, conducive to informal exchanges and collaboration. Throughout the day, the teams took part in various fun and creative activities, strengthening team spirit and good humour.
Among the highlights were:
the decoration of the Christmas tree, a symbol of conviviality and shared traditions;
the team-based construction of gingerbread houses, combining creativity, coordination and indulgence;
a drawing competition focusing on themes dear to Restopolis such as sustainability, climate and the environment;
a rally across the eduPôle site, also marking a symbolic milestone ahead of the upcoming relocation of Restopolis to Strassen, scheduled for February.
When music becomes a vector of cohesion
A particularly memorable moment of the day: the entire administration team came together to rehearse and perform KIRA’s song “The magic we share”. By practising and performing this song, the employees wished to convey a positive and warm message, reflecting the values of sharing, commitment and collaboration that drive Restopolis on a daily basis.
This collective performance was conceived as a musical wish addressed to everyone, to wish everyone happy end-of-year festivities in a spirit of solidarity and kindness.
