Restopolis invites interested producers, suppliers, and wholesalers to take part in S4F and find opportunities to introduce their products into our canteens—provided they meet a minimum set of selection criteria.

Before submitting your application to join S4F
Our current needs
Start by reviewing the categories and volumes of food products we anticipate needing in our canteens for the 2024/2025 school year. The downloadable dashboard below will help you tailor your production and supply to meet our needs.
Insufficient local supply
We invite investors to support the development of new ranges of products that are currently unavailable or insufficiently available locally. The table below lists the essential products we need.
A springboard for organic, local, and locally organic agriculture
Thanks to Supply4Future, organic, local, and locally organic products are once again taking center stage in school and university cafeterias.

Restopolis invites investors to contribute to the development of new product ranges that are currently unavailable in Luxembourg and still need to be imported. The specific needs of Restopolis and the relevant products can be found above.

4 steps to join S4F!
Log in to the public procurement portal (https://pmp.b2g.etat.lu/entreprise)
Review the specifications of the national digital dynamic purchasing platform – Supply4Future
Submit your application file with the following documents (selection criteria):
- Certificates of payment for:
- VAT
- Direct taxes
- Social security obligations
- Extracts:
- Company bylaws (for applications submitted by legal entities)
- Trade register (for applications submitted by legal entities)
- Criminal record (for legal entities or individuals, as applicable)
- Copy of the business license (if required by the laws of the applicant’s country of establishment)
- Annexes :
- Information about members and subcontractors
- Product categories the supplier is applying for
- Certificates related to financial benefits
- Certificates of payment for:
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a response via the public procurement portal.
After your application is approved, Restopolis will send you an Excel spreadsheet where you can enter all the details about your product offerings on S4F before sending it back to s4f@restopolis.lu.
Your product offers are imported into the S4F platform.
You are granted access to the S4F supplier portal, where you can manage your product offers. You are now an official supplier on the S4F platform.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a password allowing you to access the documents.
A collaborative platform
Beyond just an ordering tool, Supply4Future is also a space for dialogue:
- A forum to share your needs, ideas, and production capacity
- Calls for projects to develop local and locally organic supply chains
- Direct exchanges between producers, Restopolis, and cafeterias
- Regular engagement through themed weeks
