RestoGoal #1 — More Organic: a healthier, more local, more responsible plate

At Restopolis, we’ve made a clear choice to introduce more foods from organic farming, with a preference for locally produced organic products.

This first goal of our RestoGoals is part of a global vision: to offer high-quality, sustainable, and balanced meals in our school and university canteens. This choice is not a trend, but a consistent approach with tangible benefits:

For the health of our guests

Organic foods reduce exposure to synthetic pesticides and unnecessary additives. It’s an added level of safety for children, at an age when meal quality is essential for their development.

For the environment

Organic farming respects the soil, biodiversity, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Eating organic also means taking action for the planet.

To support responsible producers

We prioritize local, small-scale supply chains. This helps strengthen the circular economy, support ethical farming, and rebuild the connection between those who grow food and those who consume it.

To educate about taste and food awareness

Choosing organic is also a way to make young people more aware of what they eat: where food comes from, how it’s produced, and why quality matters. It encourages them to make more informed choices, today and in the future.

“Bio-logique,” a joyful and committed song

To support this initiative, our virtual ambassador KIRA is releasing a new song titled “Bio-logical — a joyful and committed piece that expresses through music the values we stand for.
