At Restopolis, we love traditions — but we love them even more when they get a local touch. That’s why, starting this autumn, the famous Italian tiramisu is being reimagined in our canteens.

Since mascarpone isn’t produced in Luxembourg, we wanted to stay true to our values while preserving the essence of this iconic dessert. The answer? Ricotta: light, creamy, and locally made. It’s the star ingredient of our brand-new creation, the “Ricomisu.”
