Terms of Use
Last updated: June 6, 2025
Anyone using the information, documents, products, software, and various services (collectively the "Services") offered by this site is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and provisions of these general terms of use.
"Organism" refers to the public authority, ministry, administration, or other public body that, alone or jointly with others, is responsible for this site.
Obligations of the user
Access to the site is via the Internet. The user acknowledges being aware of the risks and accepts them. They must protect themselves against the effects of hacking by adopting an appropriate and secure computer configuration.
Restopolis cannot be held responsible for any damage the user may suffer directly or indirectly in connection with their browsing on this site and the use of its services, as well as the websites to which it refers.
Use of the site is free of charge.
Cookie Management
This site uses client cookies, small text files that allow analysis of information related to the user's browsing (visit frequencies, duration of visits, pages viewed, etc.).
They are stored by the site in a directory designated for this purpose on the user's computer. They contain, in particular, the name of the server that created them, a unique numerical identifier, and an expiration date. The unique identifier allows the site to recognize the user's computer on each visit. Session cookies are deleted from the user's computer when the session is closed. However, persistent cookies remain on the user's computer for 1 month after the end of the session.
The user can decide whether the web server of this site is authorized to store cookies on their computer. They can, at any time, choose to set their browser options so that cookies are not accepted or stored. Furthermore, they can delete cookies already stored at any time via the browser (see the cookie policy).
The use of certain site features may be limited or disabled if the user refuses the site's cookies. It is therefore recommended that the user configure their browser to accept the site's cookies.
Modification of the site
Restopolis reserves the right to evolve, modify, or suspend this site without prior notice for maintenance reasons, updates, or any other reason deemed necessary.
Restopolis may, in particular, at any time remove, add, complete, or clarify all or part of the information and services contained or offered on the site. No liability for any direct or indirect damage related to such modifications can be held against Restopolis.

Restopolis will do its best to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on the site or published on social networks. However, its liability cannot be held in the event of omission to update information or a form, errors in system handling or encoding, inaccuracies, gaps in the information provided, or possible mistakes. Indeed, the objective is to disseminate accurate and up-to-date information from various sources, but Restopolis cannot completely avoid the risk of material errors.
