Important: Link the app to your account!

Once you have linked your Restopolis account to the mobile app installed on your smartphone or tablet, you can easily authenticate using a password or one of the biometric features of your smartphone or tablet (facial recognition or fingerprint). This way, you no longer need to log in each time using authentication with your IAM or LuxTrust product.

Link your Restopolis account with the mobile app

Do you want to access your Restopolis account, view our menus, make a reservation whenever and wherever you want, directly from your smartphone or tablet? Simply link your account with the Restopolis mobile app. It only takes a few clicks.
  1. You need a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) and a computer (desktop or laptop), both connected to the internet.
  2. You must have a valid Restopolis customer account. (Please note that you cannot create an account from the mobile app).
  3. You need a QR code linked to your Restopolis account.

To create the link, the first thing to do is to log into your Restopolis account from a desktop or laptop computer. To do this, click on the “My Account” button at the top of the website homepage.

A QR code can be obtained as follows:

On your computer
  1. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page and log in using your LuxTrust product or your IAM account.
  2. Click on “My mobiles.”
  3. Click on “Create new."
  4. Proceed to step #3.
At the checkout
  1. A QR code can be obtained on a receipt printed at a Restopolis point of sale by authenticating with your myCard or a myCard-compatible card. Proceed to step #3.
  2. Proceed to step #3.
At a client terminal
  1. In some canteens, you will find a client terminal where you can obtain a QR code by tapping your myCard or a myCard-compatible card.
  2. Proceed to step #3.

Once you have a valid QR code, you can complete the linking process using the app on your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Open the mobile app and click on “Account.”
  2. Click on “Add account.”
  3. Click on “Scan a Restopolis QR code” (hold your device steady for a few seconds to ensure the QR code is properly scanned).
  4. Use the camera of your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code displayed on your computer, receipt, or terminal. If you are using an Android device, confirm the use of the camera on your smartphone or tablet by tapping “Continue.”
  5. Allow the app to access the camera on your smartphone or tablet. (You can change this permission at any time in the device’s system settings).
  6. You’re done! Your Restopolis app is now linked to your account.

Note: For security reasons, a QR code is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If necessary, you will need to generate a new one.
