Accessibility Statement

Last updated: December 1, 2022

The organisation "Centre de gestion informatique de l’éducation (CGIE)" is committed to making its mobile applications accessible, in accordance with the law of 28 May 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. This accessibility statement applies to:

What is digital accessibility?

Everyone should be able to easily use and access the information provided on a website or mobile application — including people with disabilities and/or those using assistive software or specialized equipment (such as individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or have other disabilities).

Compliance status

These mobile applications are not compliant with the European standard EN 301 549 and with the Accessibility Evaluation Framework for Mobile Applications (RAAM) v1, which implements it. The reasons for this non-compliance are listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Non-compliances
  • #1.1 Some decorative graphic elements are not ignored by physical keyboards despite the presence of the aria-hidden attribute. This appears to be a limitation of the framework used.
  • #5.1 When selecting a restaurant, service, or user account, the currently selected value is not clearly indicated for screen reader users due to the absence of the aria-selected attribute on the relevant elements. This is a limitation of the framework used. However, this issue does not prevent users from selecting a different restaurant, service, or account.
  • #5.2 On iOS, physical keyboards allow users to navigate through the main navigation menu, but they are unable to access the content areas. Investigations are currently underway to resolve this issue.
  • #5.3.1 After completing or cancelling a reservation, an invisible alert has been implemented to notify screen reader users of the context change. However, this alert is not recognized on Android due to an unexpected focus shift.
  • #8.2.1 When the text is enlarged excessively on small screens, a few rare text segments are cut off to prevent them from overflowing outside the screen.
  • #10.3 On Android, it may be possible to bypass certain modal dialog boxes. This is a limitation of the framework used.
Content not falling within the scope of the law of 28 May 2019

The application offers the ability to top up your Restopolis account via Payconiq (formerly Digicash) or via Worldline (Visa, Mastercard, Amex cards). The user interfaces of these two payment providers are external to the Restopolis application and are therefore not under our control.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on November 29, 2022. The information contained herein is accurate and based on an effective evaluation of the compliance of the present mobile applications with the requirements set out in RAAM 1, conducted as a self-assessment by the organisation "Centre de gestion informatique de l’éducation".
